IASIG Events at 2012 Game Developers ConferenceThe IASIG was formed at GDC as a way for audio experts to collaborate on advancing the art and science of interactive audio. Since 1994 the IASIG has helped shape the tools and standards for interactive audio in game consoles, set-top boxes, personal computers, and wireless devices.

Any audio professional attending GDC is welcome at this special social event. (Show your GDC Audio Pass or audio-related business card for entry.) However, the room capacity is limited to 60 people, so come early. The IASIG's "Audio Mixer" is the premier GDC social event for game audio professionals. Meeting Everyone is invited to attend our Town Hall Meeting. We're sound designers, composers, programmers, and educators working together to advance the state of the art in interactive audio. Learn how we're improving the tools and resources for web, mobile, and game audio. Come offer your contributions and ideas! Town Hall Meeting Agenda We'll provide an update on current IASIG projects and then open the floor for public discussion of any issues people feel should be addressed by the interactive audio community.
